Start with 100–150ml per day and gradually increase based on how your body feels. Listen to your gut! These drinks are meant for regular use.

Keep them refrigerated between 2–5°C. Since they’re live fermented drinks, storing in the fridge slows the fermentation and keeps them fizzy and safe.

Only Kombucha contains a small amount of natural caffeine (from tea). All other drinks like Water Kefir and Beetroot Sour are caffeine-free.
Are the drinks fizzy?
Yes — except the sour range! They’re naturally carbonated through fermentation — no added soda or chemicals. The fizz can vary slightly bottle to bottle because of the natural process.

Beginner Questions

What if I’ve never had a probiotic drink before?
You’re in the right place! Start with small quantities (about 100ml), try Water Kefir or Gooseberry Sour first, and build up as your gut adjusts.
Why do your drinks taste sour?
That’s natural fermentation at work! The sourness comes from beneficial acids created during fermentation — a sign your gut will love it.
Are your drinks the same as packaged probiotic pills?
Nope! Our drinks are alive — with billions of good bacteria, enzymes, and postbiotics. They’re way more bioavailable and come with natural nutrients.
Do you use added sugar or artificial sweeteners?
No way. We use just enough natural sugar to ferment the drinks. By the time it's bottled, most of the sugar has been eaten by the cultures.
Can I find Fermenta in retail stores?
We’re mostly D2C for now, but occasionally available at curated wellness stores in Bangalore. Keep an eye on our Instagram for pop-up locations!
