<p>At <strong>Fermenta</strong>, we deliver <em>fresh, live probiotic drinks</em> straight to your doorstep in <strong>Bangalore</strong>. Since our drinks are <em>perishable</em>, we ensure quick and safe delivery with proper handling.</p>
<h2>Where We Deliver</h2>

<li>Currently, we deliver only within <strong>select pin codes in Bangalore</strong>.</li>
<li>To check delivery availability, enter your pin code at checkout.</li>
<li>We’re expanding our delivery network soon – follow us on <a href="https://instagram.com/itsfermenta" target="_blank">Instagram</a> for updates.</li>

<h2>Delivery Timelines</h2>
<ul>
<li>Orders placed <strong>before 12 PM</strong> are usually delivered the <strong>same or next business day</strong>.</li>
<li>Orders placed after 12 PM may be delivered within <strong>1–2 business days</strong>.</li>
<li>No deliveries on Sundays and public holidays.</li>
</ul>
<h2>Handling Perishable Drinks</h2>
<ul>
<li>Our drinks are <strong>live cultures</strong> and must be <strong>refrigerated immediately</strong> upon delivery.</li>
<li>If no one is available to receive the order, we cannot guarantee product quality.</li>
<li>Fermenta is <strong>not responsible for spoilage</strong> if drinks are left unrefrigerated.</li>

<h2>Shipping Charges</h2>

<li>We offer <strong>free delivery</strong> on orders above a certain value (mentioned at checkout).</li>
<li>For smaller orders, a <strong>nominal delivery fee</strong> may apply.</li>

<h2>Missed Deliveries</h2>
