<p>At <strong>Fermenta</strong>, we craft small-batch probiotic drinks with utmost care. Since our products are <em>perishable and contain live cultures</em>, we follow a clear refund and cancellation policy:</p>
<h2>Replacements & Refunds</h2>
<ul>
<li>If you receive a <strong>damaged bottle</strong> or a <strong>wrong order</strong>, we’ll happily replace it or issue a refund.</li>
<li>Please inform us <strong>as soon as you receive the order</strong> by emailing <a href="mailto:support@fermenta.in">support@fermenta.in</a> with your order details and photos.</li>
<li>Refunds will be made to your <strong>original payment method</strong>.</li>

<h2>Cancellations</h2>
<ul>
<li>Orders can only be cancelled <strong>before shipping</strong>.</li>
<li>If cancelled before dispatch, <strong>shipping charges will also be refunded</strong>.</li>
<li>Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled due to the <strong>perishable nature</strong> of our products.</li>

<h2>Non-Refundable Cases</h2>
<ul>
<li>If the drinks were <strong>not refrigerated immediately</strong> upon delivery.</li>
<li>If you change your mind after the product is delivered.</li>
<li>If the complaint is raised <strong>several days after delivery</strong>, as we cannot verify proper storage.</li>
